American Stocked F&I War Fusil

A beautifully carved American stocked French and Indian War fusil using European brass hardware, a decorated Spanish barrel. And a maple stock. The flaming carving on both sides of  the comb is outstanding. The original flintlock is an early style probably French lock. The stock is full length with original length. The barrel is 69 caliber and is 45” long. The overall length is 60”.  This is a magnificent (ca. 1740) American stocked fusil.
