Revolutionary War longknife carried by Pvt George Harman, Augusta County Virginia Militia. Pvt Harman fought at the Battle of Point Pleasant and remained at the site to help build and defend Fort Blair which Colonel Andrew Lewis ordered built following the Battle of Point Pleasant, at the battle site, to house the wound soldier from the battle.
