Gold Mounted Bowie Knife – Jud Brennan

Bowie Knife made by Jud Brennan, Delta Junction, Alaska. Jud fashioned this fantastic Bowie Knife after a known 19th century Bowie Knife.

The knife is mounted in gold with ivory grip that are accented with gold studs and made with a silver sheath.

Jud was commissioned to make this knife by Gordon Barlow, Swoope, Virginia.   ca 1998

One of the finest American Bowie Knives ever made. Blade 10 1/2″ long and the Bowie is 15″ overall.

The silver has a great patina as the sheath has never been polished.

It is difficult for me to part with this beautiful collectible that has been such an important part of my collecting life, but I know it is time for it to have a new home and I will enjoy knowing who the next owner will be.   Gordon
